The goods and services shown on this web site are those we can provide to our customers.  You may choose only items you desire.  However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services.  If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide, describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

This list does not include prices for certain items that you may ask us to buy for you, such as cemetery or crematory services, flowers, and newspaper notices.  These items are called cash advances.  The prices for these cash advances will be shown on your bill or statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

TRADITIONAL FUNERAL SERVICE PACKAGE

       The Traditional Funeral Service Package includes:

• Service of funeral director and staff

• Transfer of remains to funeral home within 50 miles

• Embalming and preparation room facilities

• Other preparation of remains, e.g. cosmetology, dressing, & casketing

• Necessary documents & notices

• Use of facilities for viewing, visitation, wake, or gathering of family for one day

• Funeral ceremony

• Casket coach

• Service/utility vehicle

• Committal/graveside service

• Basic memorial packet (register book, basic memorial folders, & thank you cards

Outside our service area, vehicles will have an additional mileage fee.

In addition to this package price, there will be a charge for the casket, outer burial container, obituaries, temporary grave marker and any other cash advance items.

TRADITIONAL SERVICES FOLLOWED BY CREMATION

       The Traditional Funeral Service Package followed by cremation includes:

• Service of funeral director and staff

• Transfer of remains to funeral home within 50 miles

• Embalming and preparation room facilities

• Other preparation of remains, e.g. cosmetology, dressing, & casketing

• Necessary documents and notices

• Use of facilities for viewing, visitation, wake, or gathering of family for one day

• Funeral ceremony

• Casket coach

• Service/utility vehicle

• Committal/graveside service

• Basic memorial packet (register book, basic memorial folders, & thank you cards)

• Cremation fee

Outside our service area, vehicles will have an additional mileage fee.

In addition to this package price, there will be a charge for the rental casket or casket suitable for cremation, urn, obituaries, temporary grave marker and any other cash advance items.

DIRECT CREMATION WITH A MEMORIAL SERVICE

       The Direct Cremation with a Memorial Service Package includes:

• Services of funeral director and staff

• Necessary documents and notices

• Transfer of remains to funeral home within 50 miles

• Holding and custody of remains for the state required 24 hours & cremation to take place within 48 hours from time of death

• Funeral ceremony

• Staff involved in the ceremony

• Equipment to assist in a meaningful ceremony

• Service/utility vehicle

• Basic memorial packet (register book, basic memorial folders, & thank you cards)

• Cremation fee

Outside our service area, vehicles will have an additional mileage fee.

In addition to this package price, there will be a charge for the alternative container for cremation, urn, obituaries, temporary grave marker and any other cash advance items.

DIRECT CREMATION WITHOUT A MEMORIAL SERVICE

       The Direct Cremation without a Memorial Service Package includes:

• Services of funeral director and staff

• Necessary documents & notices

• Transfer of remains to funeral home within 50 miles

• Holding and custody of remains for the state required 24 hours & cremation to take place within 48 hours from time of death

• Service/utility vehicle

• Cremation fee

In addition to this package price, there will be a charge for the alternative container for cremation, urn, obituaries, temporary grave marker and any other cash advance items.

FORWARDING OF REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME

       Forwarding of remains to another Funeral Home includes:

• Minimum services of funeral director and staff

• Necessary documents and notices

• Transfer of remains to funeral home within 50 miles

• Embalming and preparation room facilities

• Local transportation to common carrier

• Combination shipping unit

Outside our service area, vehicles will have an additional mileage fee.

This package does not include services of funeral director and staff for funeral ceremony, other preparation of remains, e.g. cosmetology, dressing and casketing.

In addition to this package price, there will be a charge for the casket (if requested by the family), paid obituaries, temporary grave marker, air transportation charged by airlines or common carrier and any other cash advance items.

RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME

       Receiving remains from another Funeral Home includes:

• Minimum services of funeral director and staff

• Receiving of remains from local carrier to funeral home

• Sheltering of remains

• Transportation of remains to cemetery with funeral coach

Outside our service area, vehicles will have an additional mileage fee.

This package does not include services of funeral director and staff for funeral ceremony, other preparation of remains, e.g. cosmetology, dressing, limousines, memorial packet, cemetery charges paid obituaries or other cash advance items.
