Alfred "Al" Edwards

Alfred “Al” Edwards sadly left our world on May 23, 2025, after a life richly lived. He was 83. He was born on December 3, 1941, in Mount Carmel, Illinois.

Al received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University and a Master’s from Central Michigan University. He received his physical therapy degree from DT Watson School of Physiatrist. He worked as a physical therapist and athletic trainer for numerous clinics and opened his own private practice in Las Vegas, NV and then Great Falls, MT.

Throughout his life, he found joy in music, traveling, tennis, flying his airplane, and his family. His passing left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more people whose lives were touched by his kindness and generosity. We ask that you remember him for the way he lived and the impact he had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him. Al is survived by his wife, Kelly McCulloch; sons, Todd Edwards of Las Vegas, NV and Ryan Edwards of Bismarck, ND; and grandchildren, Samantha Edwards and Matthew Edwards.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Hensley; mother, Elisabeth Maulding Hensley; and brother, Danny Hensley.
