Bessie Ellen Webb, 88, of Dupuyer, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018. Services will be held at a later date in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Bessie was born on December 8, 1929 in Plains, Montana to William and Minnie (Matchett) Thomas. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Elmer Webb; brother Mearlin Thomas; sister Edna Parocai; and three grandchildren, Stuart, Lisa, and Scott Finley.
