Beulah Thurber

Beulah Irene Thurber, 99, of Great Falls, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2017.She was born in Deer Park, Washington on October 7, 1917 to Emil and Lola (Atwood) Briese. She grew up on the family farm north of Loma, MT with her six siblings. She married Paul Graham and they had three children, Irene, Roberta and Garry. They later divorced, then she married Evald Olson. When Evald passed away she married Del Thurber.Beulah is survived by daughter Roberta Strizich; brother Herbert Briese of Fort Benton; many grandchildren; great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands Paul Graham, Evald Olson and Del Thurber; daughter Grace Irene Sheldon; son Garry Graham; brothers Howard and Lloyd Briese; sisters Laura McKeever, Grace Senef and Annabel Schoonover; great-granddaughter Tracy Strizich; and grandson Garrett Graham.Cremation has taken place. Burial of ashes will be held at a later date. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.A special thanks to the Sapphire House for taking care of Beulah, especially Neidra.
