Beverly Jean Peressini, 88, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018 at Peace Hospice. Cremation has taken place under the care of Schnider Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held later in the summer. Beverly was born October 13, 1929 in Plentywood, MT to Ray and Hulda Mensing. She graduated from Medicine Lake High School in 1947 and married Bernerd F. Buehler in Roundup, MT in 1948. They had a son, Russel and daughter, Bernadette. Bernerd died in 1974. In 1979, Beverly married Adolph “Boonie” Peressini. He died in 2012. Beverly worked in the Cascade County Assessor’s Office for 27 years, retiring in 1991. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church for over 50 years and volunteered as Cub Scout den mother and Brownie leader for her children. She also sang alto in her church choir, Sweet Adelines, and Swingin Seniors. She became interested in genealogy and became a member of Daughters of the American Revolution, Daughters of the Mayflower, Descendants of the Colonial Clergy, and Daughters of 1812. For many years she was a season ticket holder to Great Falls Symphony, Community Concert Assoc., and Broadway in Great Falls. She and Adolph supported the preservation of the historic 10th Street bridge. Beverly enjoyed knitting afghans and prayer shawls and was known for her homemade divinity. Beverly is survived by her son Russel C. Buehler (Gina) of Klamath Falls, OR; daughter Bernadette F. Bankhead (Steven) of Great Falls, MT; step-daughter Vickie Reif (Jon) of Kelso, WA; sister-in-law Rose Mensing; granddaughters Michelle R. Faris Harper and Jennifer Bankhead Hatfield; grandsons Eric B. Faris, Benjamin L. Buehler, Casey Carlson (Kathy), Corey Carlson (Mary Alice), Charles Reif (Rachel), Kevin Reif, and Jeremy Bankhead (Marilyn); great-granddaughters Breanna Harper, Kaia Buehler, Liara Buehler, Adalee Buehler; and great-grandsons Bricen Harper, Jaden Buehler, Darren Buehler, Mitch Carlson, Zach Carlson, Matthew Bankhead, and Blake Hatfield; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Hulda Mensing; husbands Bernerd F. Buehler and Adolph M. Peressini; sisters Floy Bain (Ralph), Elvira Sollid (Allan), Deone Crow (Frank), and Deloris Mensing; brother Roy “Bud” Mensing; step-daughter Marilynn Carlson; nephews Rodney L. Crow, James D.
