Blanche Neels

Blanche Ethel Neels, 90, of Great Falls, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at peace in her home.Blanche was born on March 18, 1926 in Great Falls, Montana and lived in Great Falls most of her life with several years in Anchorage, Alaska, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Colorado Springs, Colorado.Her spirits were always high, and she was known for her contagious, loving smile and positive outlook. She loved oil painting, pottery, cooking, travel, and especially her family. She also loved dancing in her younger years, as well as dining out with family and friends.Blanche is survived by her husband, Don; daughter Nadine (Mike) Preston; sons Donald Jr., Raymond (Millie), and Kirk; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister Judy Alzheimer; brother Albert Reeves; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Florence Reeves; daughters Margo (Les) Manchester Vineyard and Janet Manchester Pfennigs; brothers Jack W. Reeves and Ronald D. Reeves; and sister Joyce M. Reeves.Memorials are suggested to the donors choice.
