Carol E. Masters, 83, fornerly of Billings, passed away on May 12, 2017 at a local care facility in Great Falls. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the cremation.In lieu of flower, donations in Carol's name can be made the the Zoo Montana Project in Billings, MT.
