Claudia Patrizia Dulaney, 53, a resident of Great Falls for almost 16 years, passed peacefully in her sleep at home on Wednesday, April 30, 2014.A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Claudia was born on March 18, 1961 in Regensburg, Germany to Donald H. and Helga A. (Weinzierl) Bartel. She was married to Fred W. Dulaney for over 28 wonderful years. During her life, Claudia lived in numerous locations, as both her father and husband were career Air Force veterans. She lived in Germany, Okinawa, California, Colorado, and New York to name only a few. Previous to her illness, Claudia had worked for over 17 years as a Civil Servant for the U.S. Government as assignments took her to new places. Germany was always her favorite and what she considered as her home.Claudia loved working on craft projects from cross-stitch to crocheting and was meticulous in all her work.Claudia is survived by her husband, Fred; parents Donald and Helga Bartel; brother Robert Bartel; sister Heidi Bartel; uncle Hans Weinzierl; over 20 nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces and great nephews.
