On August 30, 2025, the world lost a remarkable woman. She was an unbelievable wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She passed away peacefully, knowing how much she was loved by her family and friends. Dagmar Tooley was born on December 1, 1941, in Stettin, Germany. Dagmar always had a competitive spirit. She had memories of winning races and games against anyone who was willing to challenge her. Dagmar had a love for all things creative: knitting, crocheting, making afghans, embroidery, and needle point. She also enjoyed working in her garden and often made jams out of the blueberries she had picked. She loved baking and volunteered to make dishes for the Shriner’s Club (she was a devoted Shrinette). Dagmar was nicknamed “Energizer Bunny” by her husband, Robert, for always having the energy to do the things she loved. She loved dancing and German polka music. Until we see you again, we hope you’re laughing and dancing the night away in heaven. Dagmar is survived by her children, Sylvia, and Elke; her 3 granddaughters, Kristina, Rachel, and Kaitlin; her 2 great-grandsons, Benjamin, and Tucker; her brother, Friedrich; and her nieces, Heidi, and Doris. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her parents; and brothers and sisters. A viewing will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., the service will be held after the viewing. It will take place at Hillcrest Lawn Mausoleum, 1510 13th St S. Great Falls, MT.
