Don L. Smith

Donald L. Smith, aged 88, passed away on March 29, 2026, in Great Falls, Montana.

Donald was born on September 11, 1937, in Brookings, South Dakota, to John and Ruby Smith. He lived a long and meaningful life, marked by dedication to his family, his community, and the values he held dear.

He is survived by his wife Marilyn; son, Steven (Sue) Smith; daughters, Donna (Jim) Willems, Dawn Smith-Shook and Amy Owens; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, mother and father in-law; son, Scott Smith; son-in-law, David Shook; granddaughter, Amber Lee Shook.
