Elsie May Clark, 87, of Great Falls passed away peacefully at her home on January 17, 2021, surrounded by her children and a few of her grandchildren.Elsie was born Maria Saitz in Alberta, Canada in 1933 and adopted by Floyd and Florence Green in 1935.She moved to Great Falls, Montana where she became an American citizen.She married Gerald Beaumont in 1953 and later divorced.She raised her three children, Michael, Stephen, and Gerrylynn while working as a baker at Albertson’s and later as a nurse’s aide at the Cascade County Nursing Home. In 1975, she married Dale Allen Clark who preceded her in death in 2017.In retirement, they enjoyed traveling to their cabin in Lincoln and later spending their winters in Arizona.Elsie’s passions were quilting, crafting, rock collecting and cutting, beadwork, baking, and cooking.She would win blue ribbons on almost all her entries at the State Fair. Most of all, Elsie loved being with her family and friends! She is survived by her children, Michael (Barbara) Beaumont, UT, Stephen (Kathy) Beaumont, MT, Gerrylynn Beaumont Teasley, WA; grandchildren, Gary Beaumont, Jason Beaumont, Naomi Beaumont, all in UT, Jamie (Jason) Myers, ID, Lacey Beaumont, TX, Aubrey Beaumont, KS, and Taven (Robert) Hernandez,WA; and several great-grandchildren. At Elsie’s request, no services have been planned.
