Franklin Byron Moseley III, 62, of Great Falls passed away on August 10, 2020. Franklin was born to Loretta (Raftery) and Franklin Moseley, Jr. on February 5, 1958, in San Diego California. He attended Sacred Heart Catholic Elementary School and was a member of the Beta Club. As a child, he was an Altar boy, he worked for a paper route, and he loved to toss a football with his dad and sister. He also loved to ride and show Quarter Horses. He had great pride in his ability to compete in horse shows. He particularly loved Western Riding and Cutting Horse events as well as Western Pleasure events. Franklin graduated from Catholic High School and later attended LSU before entering the Navy for a short time. He had one daughter in 2001 named Selena and would later have another daughter, Serenity. He was very talented at singing and playing the guitar. His favorite songs to perform were by Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley. He was also great with computer technology, he enjoyed science fiction, reading, and studying law. Franklin also enjoyed playing cards, and he was quite good. Franklin is survived by his daughters, Selena Moseley and Serry Moseley; sister, Dee (Jason) Moseley Osburn; nephew, Ben (Emily) Osburn; niece, Cierra (Gavin) Osburn Munoz; and great nephew, Bodhi Osburn. He was preceded in death by his parents.
