Gloria Ann Clark

July 8, 1943 — April 26, 2018

Gloria "Granny" Ann Clark (Kinsella), 74, of Great Falls, passed away unexpectedly in her home, of natural causes on Thursday, April 26, 2018. At her request, cremation has taken place. Her ashes will be placed with the ashes of her husband Mark Clark who passed away in 2007. Once their sweet little bud, Nubbin (fur baby) joins them in the future, all ashes will be spread at Seeley Lake. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Victory Christian Church. Gloria Ann Kinsella was born on July 8, 1943, in Fort Benton, to Nicholas and Rose Kinsella, the youngest of 3 children. It was during high school in Fort Benton that she met the love of her life, Mark Clark, whom she married on July 29, 1961. They moved to Great Falls and then to Sand Coulee where Gloria was a homemaker, caring for her family. Later in life, Gloria worked several jobs which included managing the Original Cookie Company, working at A&W in the mall, working retail at Big R, and ultimately finding the most joy in spending the last 10 years volunteering in the gift shops at Benefis Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with her family, camping, traveling, crossword puzzles, watching the ID channel, as well as horror and Sci-Fi movies, and of course she collected and enjoyed anything with butterflies. Most of all she enjoyed helping other people and animals. Gloria is survived by her three children, Randy (Betsy) Clark of Great Falls, Rose Marvin of Muskegon, MI and Nick Clark of Great Falls. She treasured spending time with her grandchildren, Jennifer Powers, Derek Marvin, Justin Clark, Courtney (Chris) Lowen, Brandy (Jered) Champion, Tia Rose Clark, Cale Clark, and Amber VanOverbeck. She also looked forward to time spent with her great-grandchildren, Kaeva, Kiana, and Elijah Lowen, Joshua Clark, Amber and Alex Powers, Jonah Sampson, and Lilly and Cooper Ferris. She was preceded in death by her husband Mark Clark; father Nicholas Kinsella; mother Rose Kinsella; sister Jacqueline Boisseranc; and brother George Japp. Gloria was an amazing woman who will be missed by many. She was a very happy person and had a unique and infectious laugh that everyone loved. She was always worried about other people and made sure she helped whenever she could. She had a soft spot in her heart for animals and loved helping them as well. Gloria was a beautiful woman both inside and out. Losing her has left a huge hole in our hearts, but we know that she is happy to be reunited with her husband Mark.
