Isaac Ruiz

Isaac Ruiz, 84, of Great Falls, passed away on September 14, 2019. Isaac was born in Rincón, Puerto Rico to Nicholas Ruiz and Juana Muñoz on March 25, 1935. Throughout his life, he enjoyed spending time with his family, playing baseball, bike riding, and playing dominos. In 1979, Isaac started working at the City College of New York City as a custodian, where he stayed for nearly 20 years. Isaac was married to Georgina Rodriguez, who he met in New York City. Together they had 2 children, Elba and Nelson. Georgina passed away in December of 2010. Isaac was preceded in death by his loving wife; brothers, Ismael Ruiz, Luiz Ruiz, BenjamÃn Ruiz, and Agapito Ruiz; sister, Ana Luz Cruz; and his parents. He is survived by his daughter, Elba (Bill) McGinn of Great Falls, MT; son, Nelson (Mariluz) Ruiz of Las Vegas, NV; and brother, Juan (Julia) Ruiz of Rincón, Puerto Rico.
