Jamie Lee Tryon

Jamie Lee Tryon, 59, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021, at Benefis Hospital in Great Falls, Montana. She passed away from complication of pneumonia. Jamie was born in St. Anthony Hospital in Wenatchee, Washington on April 12, 1961. She was the daughter of the late James Tryon and Virginia Johnston of Geraldine. She attended schools in Cashmere and Wenatchee, graduating from Wenatchee High School, in 1979. Through the years she lived in Washington, Montana, and resided several years in Aera. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and cooking. She was a devoted mother to her daughter, Kami. She was preceded in death by her father, James Tryon; sister, Flo Epperson; and stepfather, Harold Johnston. Jamie is survived by her daughter, Kami Yates of Hot Springs, Arkansas; mother, Virginia Johnston of Geraldine; brothers, Lyman (Amy) Tryon of Colorado Springs, Colorado and William (Brenda) Tryon of Marian, Iowa; three nieces, two nephews; special friends, Laura Milledge of Great Falls and Trenna Trapp. Cremation has taken place. At her request there will be no service.
