Jane Dritshulas

Jane (Nelson) Dritshulas, 74, of Great Falls, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2016 from Heart Failure at Benefis Healthcare.Jane was born September 16, 1942 in Kalispell to Fred and Ida (Brownback) Nelson, and was raised in Ennis where she graduated from high school in 1960. Following high school, Jane attended Business School in Great Falls and began her career as an automotive dealership bookkeeper. Her keen business sense served her well as she found new challenges in diverse fields, from being the Executive Assistant of the Montana Mining Association to starting a successful Rent-a-Wreck franchise in Helena. During recent years, Jane has managed an apartment complex in Great Falls, and served on the Community Health Care Center Board of Directors until her death.During her adult life, Jane lived primarily in Helena, Great Falls, and Havre.Jane will be remembered as a wonderful cook, gracious host, and very caring friend who never outgrew her love of cars.She is survived by her brother, Frederick Nelson of Walnut Creek, California.
