Jim Searles

Jim was a loving and generous husband, father, friend, and neighbor.He grew up in Missoula where he excelled in sports, including playing football for the U of M Grizzlies. He served in the US Air Force as a fighter pilot. He and his father has a successful car dealership, Searles Pontiac-Cadillac of Missoula, before his long career with DA Davidson where he took great pride and pleasure in conducting training classes.Jim enjoyed his winter stays in Arizona, golfing, hunting, and his beloved dogs.He is survived by his wife, Terri; son Carter of Friday Harbor, WA; and sister Denne Gray of San Antonio, TX.Jim was preceded in death by his parents Pat and Herbert Searles of Missoula.A memorial celebration of Jims life will be held at a future date.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a charity of your choice.
