Karen W. Zimmerman

Karen W. Zimmerman, 42, of Martinsburg PA, passed away on April 19, 2026, surrounded by family at UPMC Magee-Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh PA, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Karen was born in Roaring Spring PA on May 23, 1983, to Noah and Miriam (Weaver) Zeiset. She married Noah L. Zimmerman on May 10, 2003. Karen is survived by two daughters, Katrina D. (Cole) Stevens of Pembroke KY, Heidi B. Zimmerman of Myrtle Beach SC, and two sons, Dekoda J. and Colton W. Zimmerman. She is also survived by her father Noah and four sisters: LuAnne (Harry) Martin, Nancy (Jerry) Brubaker, Elaine (Norman) Martin, Dorcas (Phares) Zimmerman, three brothers: LaVern (Marian) Zeiset, Andrew (Bertha) Zeiset, Mark (Amy) Zeiset, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Karen was preceded in death by her husband, Noah; and her mother, Miriam.

Friends and family will be received at the Curryville Mennonite Church on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00PM and from 6:00 to 8:00PM. Funeral Services will be held at the Curryville Mennonite Church on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 10:00AM.

Services will also be held at NewLife Church in Fairfield MT on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 11:00AM followed by burial at Fairfield Mennonite Church Cemetery.
