Lee F. Schuler

November 12, 1977 — February 2, 2018

Lee F. Schuler passed away Friday, February 2, 2018 after an unexpected tragic accident. Lee was born in Great Falls, Montana on November 12, 1977 to Mary “Rita” Johnson and Barry A. Schuler. Lee was a member of the 1996 class of Charles M. Russel High School. In high school, Lee was a competitive boxer and loved exploring the outdoors. Lee married Whitnee K. McCormick, also of Great Falls, on August 24, 2002. They had four children. Lee loved being a father and was very involved in his children’s lives. He loved to watch and play sports with his kids. Lee also loved the outdoors and would take his immediate and extended family camping, boating and exploring. He was the uncle that created family traditions and was all about fun with his nieces and nephews! Lee loved life and had many friends. Shortly after he got married, he started Electric City Roofing and was able to serve many people of the immediate and surrounding areas. Through his thriving business he was able to make many lasting relationships with wonderful people! Lee was an avid Arizona Cardinals football fan! If there was a game on, he was watching it at home with his family and friends or in the stadium loudly cheering them on! His love for Cardinal football ran deep and extended to his children! Lee is survived by his wife, Whitnee; four children Amelia (13), Lillee (11), Jaxen (8) and Weston (5); mother Mary “Rita” Johnson and step-mother Becky L Schuler; older brother, Blaine Schuler; and younger sisters, Breanna Schuler-Mapili and Brittany “Autumn” Dark (daughter of Becky). He will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the First Church of the Nazarene, 1727 2nd Ave S, Great Falls, MT 59405. Memorials in Lee’s name may be made to the Lee Schuler Children Benefit Fund, C/O Montana Federal Credit Union (any branch.)
