Lucille Gullickson

Lucille (Gettel) Gullickson of Power passed away at Peace Hospice on January 12, 2019. A funeral service will be Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation 1 hour prior at 10:00 a.m. both at Zion Lutheran Church in Power. Private family burial will be at Highland Cemetery. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Lucille was one of five daughters born to John and Helen Gettel. She was a long-time resident of the Power area and a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Power. She loved her family, especially her grandson, Bryden. She enjoyed time with her friends and loved to play cards. She is survived by her grandson, Bryden Wood; sisters Lois (Ray) Levstik of Wheat Ridge, CO, Barbara (Ed) Williams of Columbus, OH, and Janyce (Darryl) Boehmer of Colorado Springs, CO; along with several nieces and nephews. Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Gettel; sister Joan Weber; and daughter Darla Wood. Memorials in Lucille’s name may be made to Peace Hospice or Zion Lutheran Church in Power.
