Marie Liliane "Lilly" Grenade

Marie Liliane Lilly Grenade, 86, of Great Falls, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2015.A funeral liturgy will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2015, both at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.Lilly was born on January 27, 1929 at Mahebourg, Mauritius to George and Regina Alphonse. She came to Great Falls to be with her daughter 32 years ago. She worked for many years at the Ursuline Centre.She was a member of the Legion of Mary. Lilly attended mass daily all of her life.Lilly was a foster grandparent. She also loved to travel and enjoyed baking.Lilly is survived by her son, Laval Grenade; daughters Josie Frisch and Nichole Lalloo; her granddaughters who were closest to her, Christina Eblen and Sharon Chesnut; numerous other grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Stephen Grenade; and son Pierre Roger Grenade.The family would like to thank everyone who was involved in her life and took care of her.Memorials in Lillys name may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 3010 11th Ave. N., Billings, MT 59101
