Roberta A. Williamson

On Thursday, September 29, 2016 our beloved wife, sister, mother, and grandmother surrounded by cousins, nieces, nephews and best friends left this life to join her Lord and Savior along with many other departed family members, pets, and friends. She passed away in a local nursing home after spending many years battling pain, suffering and illnesses.Roberta was born on July 8, 1947 in Great Falls to the late Robert Latham Sr. and Cecilia (Latham) Hightower. She left behind her husband David C. Williamson; sister Carol (Don) Grady of Prescott, AZ; brother Robert Jr. (Rose) Latham of Great Falls; daughters Sherry Bickel and Sandra Bickel both of Great Falls; granddaughter Lily Bickel of Great Falls and her special sidekick Mocha; many cousins, nephews, and nieces throughout America; and three past foreign exchange students in Mexico.She worked at the Columbus Hospital, Futures Unlimited, Head Start (Opportunities Inc.) and sold Tupperware as a dealer and held many volunteer jobs in Great Falls.Roberta married her soul mate and devoted husband of 16 years, but was previously married to David Knaff and Larry Bickel.A memorial service will be held at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Donations may be given to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
