Sharon Hoover

Sharon Marie Hoover, 76, of Great Falls passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2014.A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Schnider Funeral Home.Sharon was born on October 24, 1938 in Great Falls. She was raised in Great Falls and Whitefish, graduating from high school in Conrad. She attended Northern Montana College, receiving her degree in Elementary Education from the College of Great Falls. She married Orville Hoover on September 7, 1957 in Conrad. She taught in the elementary schools for 23 years.She was a member of the AAUW and the Presbyterian Church. She loved spending time with her grandkids, scrapbooking, digital photography, and reading.Sharon is survived by her husband, Orville Hoover of Great Falls; sons Kelly (Lynda) Hoover of Billings, Kirk (Tracy) Hoover of Pinedale, WY, Chad (Bev) Hoover of Bethlehem, PA; brothers Bob (Gay) Quenemoen and Gene Quenemoen; sister-in-law Pearl Severtson; four grandchildren, Emily, Chase, Dawson, and Sydney.Memorials in Sharons name may be sent to Peace Hospice, 1101 26th St S, Great Falls, MT 59405.
