Steve Gahl

Steve Gahl, loving father, grandfather, and friend departed this world on April 6th, 2019. His departure leaves all that knew him with great sorrow but immeasurable appreciation for the ways in which he touched our lives. Steve was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish, and camp. He was always looking forward to the next adventure and loved to share these experiences with his friends and family. Steve’s caring and compassion extended to those around him through his words and actions. Always ready with a joke or a prank, he was happiest when making others smile. He loved to help people in unexpected ways. He leaves his legacy in the hearts of his children and grandchildren. Steve is preceded in death by his wife Karen, his brother Bill, and his parents. Steve is survived by his two sons, Trent and Trevor Gahl, their wives Elle and Kaitlyn, and his grandchildren Reagan and Landon; as well as his brothers Gene and Bob, and his sister Juanita. Steve’s family and friends will miss his presence in their lives. Our lives were constantly enriched with his humor and love. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 25th, at Knights of Columbus, 906 Central Ave West, Great Falls, MT, at 1:00 p.m. There will be the opportunity to share memories and tell stories at the service.
