Suellen was born on March 17, 1942, in Watertown, South Dakota. She was a homemaker and found joy in reading, spending time outdoors, shopping, hiking, and camping.
She is survived by her husband, Dale Eugene Mann; sons, Charlie (Brittany) Mann, Chad (Christine) Conkling, and Craig (Beth) Conkling; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Suellen was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and one sister.
