William "Bill" Bristol

William H. Bill Bristol, 78, of Great Falls, went home to be with his Lord from Peace Hospice on Thursday, December 11, 2014, surrounded by his family.A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Bill was born to Elsie and William on October 5, 1936 in St. Ignatius, Montana.He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, and working in his garage on various projects. He worked as a parts man for Bison Ford and DePratu Ford for many years until he retired in 2000.Bill is survived by his wife Rose; children Barbara, David, Carole, Patrick, and Terra; siblings Maurice, Bob, Donna, and Karen; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; his first wife Patricia; nieces; nephews; and friends.He was preceded in death by both of his parents; two brothers, Allen and Clarence Tiny; and other family members.
