Felicity Joy Skipper, 7 months, suddenly and unexpectedly passed away in her sleep on Monday, January 22, 2018. A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1410 13th St. South. A funeral service will be held Friday, February 2, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with viewing one hour prior starting at 10:00 a.m. both at the Bridge Church, 3400 Flood Road. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery. Schnider Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Felicity Joy was the epitome of her name--always such a happy baby. She loved being held and cuddled, and was content to be passed around by everyone who loved her. Her smile would light up a room, and her laugh would make the sourest of people turn a smile Felicity was born June 16, 2017 in Great Falls, Montana. Her loving parents, Rachel and Elwood (Skip) Skipper and 4-year old sister, Amelia are continuing to grieve their devastating loss. Little Felicity is also survived by grandparents Greg and Gretchen Pierce of Great Falls, MT, Finda and William (Bill) Woofter of New York and David Skipper of Pennsylvania; great-grandparents Coretta Skipper, Marlene Woofter, and Jack Negley, all of Pennsylvania. She will also be greatly missed by aunts and uncles,David (Liz) Pierce of Virginia, Hannah, Joshua, Timothy and Lydia Pierce of Great Falls, MT, Tishina (Paul) Dyer of New York; and cousins Kinley and Aiden Pierce of Virginia and Xena Skipper of New York. While Felicity's family is missing her terribly, we do not doubt that she is safe in the arms of Jesus.
