Joshua Kyle Boyd

Joshua Kyle Boyd, born November 2, 1977 in Stuttgart, Germany, passed away in Great Falls, Montana on March 6, 2019 after a three year battle with cancer. Joshua was a true entrepreneur and was active in the local music community in Great Falls. He was a prolific writer of song and life truisms. A sensitive soul, he was charismatic and intuitive and was a loyal and true friend. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jim and Pat Boyd and uncle Julian. Joshua is survived by his mother, Adrienne of Lompoc, CA; brother Micah of Santa Barbara, CA; uncle and aunt Justin and Kathy (Langley) Boyd of Chesterfield, VA; cousins Hilary Hayes and James Teal of Oakland, CA, Janelle and Kerry Marshall of Chesterfield, VA, Clinton Boyd, Jessica and Brian Cantrall of St. Louis, MO, and Justin and Jordan Boyd of Chesterfield, VA; great-aunts and uncles Marion McKinney of Fayettevile, NC, Buddy Kincaid of Washington, DC, and Grace and Millard Rutherford of Atlanta, GA; as well as dear friends in Great Falls and in Lompoc. A memorial concert will be held on March 30, 2019 at 7:30 pm, The Back Alley Pub, 112 Central Avenue, Great Falls, MT. Burial service will be held at Lompoc Evergreen Cemetery at a future date.
